We are confident that you will love our courses. If you feel that the course isn't what you expect, you may return it at your expense within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. You will be issued a full refund of the purchase price minus a 15% restocking and processing fee. If you purchase a course and decide to return it unopened and unused condition, the restocking fee will be reduced to 5%. All returns must be pre-authorized by contacting us either by phone or email. We do not offer a return or refund on our downloadable products or our Daily Online courses.

If a CD or product that you receive is defective, please contact us either by telephone or email and we will promptly ship a replacement to you at no charge. We do not accept returns of defective products for a refund. Defective products will be replaced at no charge to you.
