What format are the digital files in? The audio files are in Mp3 format; the workbook/vocabulary book are in PDF. They are delivered in a compressed ZIP file to reduce download time. 	How do I receive the download? All you need to do is add the downloadable language course to your shopping cart and proceed through checkout as you normally would. Upon completion of the checkout process, you will be provided with a link that you can click and your computer will automatically start the download. You will also receive an email with the downloadble link. You will have access to the link and will be able to download the file for 24 hours. Back to top
	How many times can I download the course? You have purchased one license. You will be able to download the file one time. You need to complete the download within 24 hours after you purchase the course. If you do not download the course within 24 hours, you will need to purchase the course again in order to have access. 	Can I share these files with my friends? As with any copyrighted materials, it is illegal to share these files and/or copy them and distribute the files. When you purchase a downloadable course from us, you agree to not make copies of the courses to share with others. You may make copies for backup and for using on your different audio devices, but it is illegal to distribute the files with or without monetary gain. 	Do you offer refunds if I don't like the course or decide that I don't want it? Due to the nature of downloadable courses, we do not offer any refunds once the item has been purchased. If you are unsure, you may want to consider purchasing a physical copy of the course and have the language course sent to you. All of our physical language courses come with a 14-day return policy.
